Real estate photography in 360 is an exciting adventure that I embarked on six months ago, and as it turned out, it was more than just capturing the living room. Shooting 360 real estate is like a unique adventure. You start with photos of the living room and end up with pictures of your food in the refrigerator. All for the sake of exploration, of course.
Discovering the World of 360:
It all began with a simple thought: “What would my home look like from every angle?” I delved into the world of 360-degree photography with the first shot of my living room. It was amazing to see how an ordinary room transformed, came to life, and started telling its story from different perspectives. Not without challenges, of course, as during the shoot, you start noticing things you hadn’t paid attention to before, like the crookedly placed throw pillows on the sofa.
From the Living Room to the Kitchen:
However, as curiosity often does, it compelled me to go further. I decided that my kitchen also deserved attention. And so, the journey continued. After capturing 360-degree shots of the kitchen, I began to notice details that might have previously gone unnoticed.
Unexpected Discoveries:
The real fun began when I approached the shoot more creatively. Why not take a picture inside the refrigerator? How many times do we simply glance at our supplies without appreciating their beauty? And there I discovered that even the refrigerator could become an artistic object when viewed from all angles.
Exploration and Creativity:
360 real estate photography became, for me, not only a way to explore space but also a creative process. Reflecting my home in all its aspects gave me a new perspective on familiar things. I started to see beauty in details that had previously gone unnoticed.
Today, as I look back on my initial journey into the world of 360, I realize that it was full of discoveries, laughter, and inspiration. Shooting 360 real estate is not just a tool for selling property but also a way to peer into your world from a new and amazing perspective.
In case you decide to rent or sell your property and opt for 360 photos, be prepared for unexpected discoveries and delightful surprises hidden in the corners of your home.
